We have carried out varied developments throughout the local area from single prestigious homes in Branksome Park, to luxury apartments on the Sandbanks Peninsular and also a prestigious headquarters building for a prominent local Solicitors firm.
Our current and future projects range from a single luxury super home in Branksome Park to a business park in Poole and we are very proud to have been awarded National Winners of the 2012 Premier Guarantee Excellence Awards for 'Medium Development of the year' for Escalada, which is a stunning art deco style building comprising 12 luxury apartments. We were also highly commended in the Premier Guarantee Excellence Awards 2011 for two developments we have completed on, being Bury Road and Torbay Road.
OUR HISTORY
Bracken Group has a portfolio of high specification, new build property for sale. We are a family run business that has been constructing quality homes throughout Dorset , Hampshire and Wiltshire since we were founded in 1974 and in 1979 we became a limited company.
During this time we have provided spacious, quality accommodation for everyone from young people starting in a new home of their own to more senior people starting a new chapter in their lives.
All our sites are carefully chosen to take advantage of existing mature gardens and good geographical locations so ensuring that there are amenities and activities within easy reach.
We work with a number of architects who specialise in different aspects of our new designs. So whether we are working on a design for a retirement development or a one off luxury residence, the design is being provided by a specialist in that field.
